Paid services for PC fixes...

There's a little bit of a storm brewing currently, and you may well see lots of posts on security sites regarding "payment" of staff for fixing HJT logs and also dedicated "paid-support" sections of sites that are members of the "non-profit" network ASAP.

The issues behind it are rather vast and complex, though it boils down to this:

Vitalsecurity.org will never have a dedicated "paid-for" fixing section. Nor will its helpers ever have a donate link in their signature which gives the money direct to them rather than the site.

Normal service resumed tomorrow. I'll have lots of stuff on nasty installs and dodgy websites, I promise. At the very least, there'll be a humorous picture.
