A whirlwind of adware action, and get your tux ready...

Oh noes! After the red-hot-poker action that was the fallout over Eric Goldman's post regarding Ben Edelman, we have another writeup over at Spywareguide.com - this one has all kinds of names in it, including Azoogle, who (I am reliably informed) have made numerous "we don't have any involvement with Spy/Ad/Whatever" claims. Will the Goldman-style defence of "separated by too many degrees" hold up, or will my view - book 'em all, Danno - win the day? Wayne Porter has some interesting opinions on this, as well as a few hints of things to come. Finally, let's not forget Suzi over at ZDNet, who asks for your opinions on the whole Beyonce-buttshake thing and Alex Morganis' thoughts on 180 Solutions.

Yes, all of the above has happened in the last day. I'm going to lie down shortly.

But first...

I just found out FaceTime are up for two awards this year in the SC Magazine 2006 awards, the categories being Best Antispyware solution and Best IM Security solution. Unfortunately there was no category for "man who claims to be a ghost that uses a PC to avenge malware woes" or I'm sure I'd have been in the running. Oh well.

And I dug out a funny link for it and everything.
