Ben Edelman and Eric Howes: Additional Comments on Improper Zango Practices

Not so long ago, a combined effort from Ben Edelman and Eric Howes was submitted to the FTC - it zoomed in on eight sucktacular installs and kicked them about a bit. The installs were courtesy of Zango - well, Ben has updated the article with the following:

Update (December 8): Our follow-up comment to the FTC discusses additional concerns, further ongoing bad practices at Zango, and the special difficulty of enforcement in light of practices seemingly not prohibited by the proposed settlement.
