Anyway, just a gentle reminder that I'll be banging on about the Internationalisation of Spyware at the upcoming ASC Conference. I'll also be attempting to clear up any number of confusing aspects of the proposed Spy Act / Anti Spy / Spy-spy-a-roonie things, so if you're from the FTC (or some other profession that involves wearing a belt not made out of rope), beware. I'm heading in your general direction and I'm not going away without a fight (or CS gas, whichever is more convenient).
